today ah went bishan the gym with jolene.first time i go the gym over there.we meet in bishan rmt then wlked thr.whn reached thr.go toilet chnge into exercise attire.thn we 2 wore shorts,like so paiseh.cos alot of ppl wear track pants.bt anw all is like quite old de.don have arnd our age de.until half way thn gt 2 girls like pri sch kids.haha.thn we exercised laa.duh.i did alof of track mill running.i burnt at least 300 calories just on track mill. yeap.i think i slim dwn less thn 1 kg.lol.thn we did those cycling kinda thng la. thn ltr jol want do weight lifting thngy.thn she cnt adjust the bar.thn i hlp her.the she hold the thng too heavy.thn a guy offered t hlp us.lol.thn aft each ex i keep going t the weighing machine.hahas.thn ltr got one machine.is the weight lighting type. thn must must my hand upwards to lift the wieght.i pt the chuck key into the lightest one still cnt lift a single bit.walaol.guess my arms are rly weak.bt leg de no problem. i pei fu those can lift like 150 plus de.wow.thn aft ex. we went j8.this time we took bus bck.too tired le.haha.went thr to find cy.bt she wasnt thr.cos i just rememered she took leave? cos she go rebond hair?dno la.thn we wlked arnd.thn ltr the joycelyn came to mac to find us daddy came to kachiao me too.thn halfway i went home le.i don wna interupt.lol. partly i also damn sian dwn thr la.
